At XANDRO, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to countless customers all over the world and can offer the highest level of professionalism.

 HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time is made up of two periods:

1) Processing time (1-2 working days):

Order confirmation, adjustment, quality check, packaging
The order will be reviewed and approved within 12-24 hours of being placed. As soon as the order has been approved in our system, production will be initiated. For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure quality and package it.

2) Delivery time (depending on the country approx. 2-4 working days):

The time from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse it takes:

  • Germany 2-3 working days*
  • Austria 3-4 working days*
  • Switzerland 3-4 working days*

to be delivered to the destination.

*All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.

Please note that due to increased order volumes, shipping delays may occasionally occur. However, we endeavour to keep these to a minimum.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer the following shipping rates:

1.) Free standard shipping for orders over 49€ (with tracking)

2.) Paid shipping for 3.95€ for orders under 49€ value (with tracking)

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as the packing & processing process of the order begins immediately after your order.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, your order may be shipped in different deliveries.
